The
concept:
A modular system consisting of functions, communication interfaces
and equipment elements enables the ideal combination for every
valve automation problem to be found.
Vital
information to the operation, e.g. number of starts or running
time, is registered by the integral data logger. Thereby settings
can be checked and – if required – optimized. Extensive diagnostics
functions allow quick corrective actions in the event of a
fault.
With the AUMATIC controls AUMA actuators can, for the first
time ever, be completely set up non-intrusively, i.e. the
actuator and control housings need not be opened. This applies
especially to the setting of the end positions and tripping
torques. The non-intrusive feature is initially available
for the multi-turn actuators SA/SAR.
